Answers to the most common questions about Modern Face® and our programs
About Modern Face®
What is Modern Face®? expand_more
It's a facial surgery philosophy developed by Dr. Robério Brandão that prioritizes maximum safety, elegant results and optimized recovery. It includes techniques like Direct Vision Endomidface, conservative Deep Neck and evolutionary Browlift.
What's different from traditional techniques? expand_more
Modern Face® works in safer planes, uses direct vision (no endoscope), preserves important anatomical structures and produces more natural results with faster recovery.
Are the techniques scientifically validated? expand_more
Yes. We have over 212 documented Endomidface cases with zero permanent nerve injuries. We regularly present at conferences and are preparing scientific publications.

Depends on the chosen program. The complete Endomidface course has approximately 40 hours between theory and practice.

Yes. All participants receive a completion certificate issued by the Modern Face Institute.
Technical Questions
Does Endomidface work on faces with biostimulators? expand_more
Yes. The technique was developed considering today's reality where approximately 90% of patients have already used some type of filler or biostimulator.
Why not use an endoscope? expand_more
Direct vision offers superior control, allows working in deeper planes safely, and eliminates the learning curve of endoscopic equipment.
What's the patient recovery time? expand_more
Typical social recovery is 7-14 days. Residual swelling may persist for a few weeks, but most patients return to normal activities in 2 weeks.
