What are the prerequisites for this program?
You should be a licensed surgeon with basic facial surgery experience. ENDOMIDFACE is an advanced technique, so familiarity with facial anatomy and previous experience with procedures like blepharoplasty or basic facelifts is helpful, though not strictly required. During application, we'll discuss your background to ensure the program is appropriate for your level.
How much time should I dedicate weekly?
Plan for approximately 3-5 hours per week: 1-2 hours for video modules and materials review, plus 1-2 hours for live sessions (typically 2-3 per month). The pace is designed for working surgeons who are maintaining active practices.
Is this online only? Can I observe live surgery?
The core mentorship is online, which allows participation from anywhere in the world. However, for surgeons seeking in-person observation, we can discuss opportunities to observe Dr. Brandão's surgeries in Natal, Brazil (additional arrangement required, not included in base price).
What if I need help after the 2 months ends?
You retain access to the private mentorship community indefinitely. Graduates regularly post cases for feedback and discussion. Dr. Brandão participates in these discussions and is accessible for questions. The learning relationship doesn't end with the formal program.
